Autokilpailutus.fi
The development project of Autokilpailutus.fi needed an extra boost, and Pareto's experts jumped in on a tight schedule. The collaboration proceeded seamlessly, and with the support of well-structured processes and transparent communication, the project was successfully delivered on schedule.

Pareto Helped Autokilpailutus.fi Cross the Finish Line on Schedule
Like many IT projects, the development of a new service for Autokilpailutus.fi was facing delays, and external support was needed to ensure the launch stayed on schedule. Pareto quickly provided the necessary experts, and together the project gained the momentum it required.
Pareto's experts got to work quickly, and Autokilpailutus co-founder Samu Kämäräinen especially highlights the fast start: "Although the team's expertise was already impressive during the interviews, we were still surprised by how quickly we gained momentum together. Within about a week, they were already familiar with the coding language and architecture."
The project resulted in a new, user-friendly service for trading and selling cars. When Pareto joined the project, the first version of the service had already been developed. Before the launch, new features were planned to be added.
Before implementing these new features, Pareto's experts reviewed the work that had already been done. "Right from the start, the team noticed that the front-end code wasn't at the desired level and fixed it. From there on, a lot has been achieved, all within the agreed timelines," praises Jalmari Mattila, CEO of Autokilpailutus.
There are plenty of service providers out there, and everyone promises the moon and the stars. But when someone else recommends them, and you see for yourself that the right things are being done, it's easy to trust the team.

Effective Processes and Seamless Collaboration Delivered Results
After the quick start, smooth collaboration was ensured by Autokilpailutus's well-established processes and skilled team. "The process has been excellent. The team has an effective ticketing system that keeps everyone informed about who is working on what. The design work is of high-quality, and the founders are deeply invested in the product. They test it diligently and provide continuous, constructive feedback. This level of commitment made the project particularly rewarding," praises Mikko McMenamin, Senior Software Developer at Pareto, who was involved in the project.
Kämäräinen also praises the communication: "You can reach the Pareto team practically anytime, and we speak the same language. That's been incredibly important in such an intense project."
Mutual trust grew steadily as the project progressed. The foundation for this trust was laid by a recommendation Mattila received about Pareto from another software company. "There are plenty of service providers out there, and everyone promises the moon and the stars. But when someone else recommends them, and you see for yourself that the right things are being done, it's easy to trust the team," Mattila praises.
"We're really happy that we found such great professionals. I guess it's true that if you're willing to look, you can find those diamonds," Kämäräinen concludes.
