Pareto was founded by Juha Latvala and Juho Jokiniitty in 2023. The founders have decades of experience in software development and consulting, working with successful and award-winning companies. We felt the industry needed a company like Pareto, genuinely client-oriented and built around experienced, committed professionals. For us, client orientation is real, we’re naturally curious and open to new ideas. We’re a workplace for seasoned experts who care about each other, doing our work seriously but without taking ourselves too seriously. From day one, the guiding idea has been to be AI specialists, bringing artificial intelligence into our clients’ solutions.

Where does the name Pareto come from?
The Pareto principle is named after Italian mathematician Vilfredo Pareto. Simply put, it states that in many situations, 20% of the inputs produce 80% of the outcomes. True to its name, Pareto makes sure that in our customer projects we identify the crucial 20% of things that deliver 80% of the value.
